Piece and context
Yuusha is one of the quieter YOASOBI songs in this set, but it is not simple. The adventure is already over, and much of the Japanese looks backward: traces, memory, endings, and what still remains afterward.
For learners, that makes it useful as a song about narrative aftermath. A lot of the key language concerns memory, traces, endings, and what time does to human lives.

Yuusha is reflective, restrained, and literary. It uses storybook-style wording, but the emotional focus is intimate rather than grandiose.
